2- 36X36 Pipe Corrals with water hydrant adjacent.

1- 2 acre smooth wire exercise area

Rates: per horse

$10 per horse per night

or

Exercise area available for up to 8 horses for $50 per night

Client responsible to clean pen's after use, exercise yard not needed to be cleaned by client.

We welcome well behaved horses, mules, draft animals, and stallions OK with advance arrangements.

All horses and equines must have current papers including negative coggins (E.I.A) within last 12 months and health certificate within last 60 days.

Pets permitted with advance permission. Owner responsible for actions and cleaning up after all pets and livestock.
